We Built Trip Life Time
Around People Who Have Somewhere to Be.
An introduction
Trip Life Time is a six-year-old insurance company arranging Auto, Travel and Health Insurance. That is what we offer. Who we are comes from a simpler observation.
People rarely wake up excited to organize insurance. They are trying to do something else: use the car, get ready for a trip, handle an everyday health need, make a few arrangements and get on with the day.
We shaped our whole character around respecting that. Our job is to be capable and useful, ask about what is actually going on, and keep the coverage part in proportion to everything else on your list.
How we see our part

Why “Keep Moving” Became Part of How We Think.
What experience changed in our thinking, collected the way a travel journal collects things: a few pictures, a few notes and one lesson worth keeping.
Who We Are / 03
Simple on Your Side Takes Thought on Ours.
We want every conversation with Trip Life Time to feel uncomplicated. Behind that, there is a structure most customers never see. Here is what our people pay attention to while you are simply telling us your plans.
Listening for the real question
Someone mentions a trip, a car or a health need. We listen for what they are trying to arrange.
Annotation: the first thing someone says is usually the headline. The real question tends to arrive a sentence or two later.
Fragment · notes taken while listening
Signal first.
Context second.
Separating detail from noise
Not every detail deserves the same weight in a conversation.
Annotation: we sort what could change the answer from what is simply background, so the conversation stays focused on what matters to you.
Making the explanation usable
An answer only helps if you can act on it.
Annotation: before we explain an insurance choice, we think about how it will read on your side. Plain words, the important parts first, in an order that makes sense.
Fragment · turning detail into a decision
Knowing the next useful question
The right question at the right moment beats the longest answer.
Annotation: good service often means asking one more thing, then giving you room to decide.
All of this happens quietly, so your side of the conversation can stay simple.

In Our Customers’ Words.
The clearest picture of who we are comes from the people we talk to. Here is what a few of them said about their conversations with us.
“I travel several times a year for work, so I contacted Trip Life Time about travel insurance before an upcoming trip. They asked practical questions, explained the relevant options clearly, and kept the whole conversation focused. Very easy company to deal with.”
Daniel K.
Austin, TX
“I was looking at auto coverage and had a few things I wasn’t sure about. The conversation was straightforward and I never felt like I had to know all the insurance terms beforehand. I came away knowing which options I actually wanted to consider.”
Megan R.
Columbus, OH
“What I liked most was how normal the conversation felt. I had questions about health insurance and expected a lot of complicated explanations, but everything was broken down in a way I could follow. I never felt rushed into making a decision.”
Lauren M.
Tampa, FL
“I started by comparing the auto plans on the site and then called because I wanted to understand a couple of the differences better. The person I spoke with stayed focused on how I actually use my car instead of giving me a generic pitch. That was genuinely helpful.”
Chris T.
Denver, CO
“My husband and I had travel coming up and also wanted to revisit some insurance questions we had been putting off. It was convenient being able to discuss more than one thing with the same company. The explanations were concise, which I appreciated.”
Ashley P.
Raleigh, NC
“I spend part of the year working remotely and travel pretty frequently, so my schedule isn’t always predictable. Trip Life Time was easy to talk to and didn’t turn a simple question into a long insurance lecture. They helped me understand what I should look at next.”
Marcus J.
Chicago, IL
“I contacted them about auto insurance after changing vehicles. I liked that they started with a few practical questions about my driving and what I was looking for. The options were explained clearly, and I had enough information to make my own decision without feeling pushed.”
Nicole S.
Phoenix, AZ

Keep moving.
Keep it
useful.
Six years in, we have built a service character around being useful without making things more complicated than they need to be. As Trip Life Time grows, these are the things we intend to keep exactly as they are.
Keep the starting point human.
Begin with what someone is actually trying to do.
Keep explanations usable.
Give people information they can understand and act on.
Stay light without becoming careless.
An uncomplicated experience still takes careful attention to the details that matter.
Keep moving with the people we serve.
Driving habits, travel routines, working patterns and everyday needs change. We will keep paying attention to how people actually live.
There will always be another place to go, another plan to make and another detail to arrange. We want the insurance conversation to stay one of the easier parts.
Make plans. We’ll help with the coverage part.
